Referee Adrian Hill, who left Thursday night's game, is believed to have avoided a major injury and his Achilles is intact, sources close to Hill tell the insiders. An accomplished aerospace engineer and an NFL official since 2010, Hill may miss some time. But a return this season has not been ruled out.

Keep an eye on Mac Jones this offseason SF could trade Jones to a number of teams who would value him as an instant QB upgrade & more appealing than most of the 2026 rookie class. Jones is only 27 years old. He could be on the Daniel Jones/Sam Darnold career trajectory arc.

Alec Pierce is someone we need to start taking seriously from a fantasy perspective. Through 9 weeks of the 2025 season: + 71.6 receiving YPG (10th among 79 WRs) + 2.36 YPRR (12th) (@FantasyPtsData) He's the WR19 in XFP/G over the past month (14.1), averaging 7.8 targets per game in this time. This has led him to a strong 0.23 targets per route run mark (25th among WRs), which is particularly impressive considering the nature of his targets (deep downfield w/ a 20.0 aDOT that is 4th highest among WRs since Wk6). If we get some more neutral or negative game scripts for Indy, Pierce could be a very viable fantasy play.
