@yngwood @thedanielokon Unless you got a good amount of cashflow there is only so quick you can scale. You need cash for stock , cash for ads and a back end shipping system in place that works or it will all come crashing down quick
English

@thedanielokon not as bad as you think tbh
as long as you dont run out of inventory and can balance cash flow, its really just a game of more creative diversity and angle testing and channels

Going from $1M to $10M months. Here’s exactly what changed:
Creative: 20-30 tests a month works at $1M/month
At multiple Ms of spend per month, the winners fatigue before you can replace them.
Build a proper creative pipeline: a strong UGC creator network, clear briefs, nonstop creator outreach, and a goal of launching 100+ new concepts every month.
Media buying: I stopped doing it myself. I hired one amazing media buyer and gave him complete ownership.
Accountability beats having three people touching the same account.
Stocks: At $1M/month, you reorder inventory when you start running low.
At multiple $M/month, going out of stock while spending six figures a day on ads is one of the most expensive mistakes you can make.
We built 12-16 week forecasting and started spotting issues 6 weeks before they happened.
COO: The hire that made everything else possible.
I used to be the bottleneck on every operational decision. After, I finally had time to think about growing the business instead of just running it.
Customer service: Build the system before you need it.
If the team gets overwhelmed, everything starts breaking: Trustpilot fills up with 1-star reviews, every ad gets negative comments etc...
Make sure every customer gets a reply within 24 hours. It's much easier to stay ahead than to recover.
The ads didn’t change that much. Everything behind them did 🚀

@JemBourouhDE At what point do you change up to a new Google ad company from your standard hourly agency ? What would a brand have to be doing to work with someone like you for example ? Assume most revenue comes from meta at the moment .
English

@thedennis The main thing that stands out to us is the checkout features . Looking to also upgrade
English

@thedennis Thanks , What does your team look like to run a shop with this scale of orders ?

@e38dan More of what works.
More of what we did not try yet.
Building out the team further.

RIP landing page designers 🤯
I just built a system in Claude Code that clones high-converting advertorial pages & rebuilds it for your brand in minutes.
Find a presell page that's been running on Meta for months →
Feed it to Claude Code →
Get back a production-ready page with your product, your copy, your angles.
Built 100% in Claude Code.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies testing multiple advertorial angles on Meta.
The best brands on Meta are running 5-10 different advertorial pages at any given time.
Each one targets a different audience, a different pain point, a different hook.
Building those pages manually means freelancers, back-and-forth, and weeks of waiting.
This system solves it:
→ Find an advertorial that's scaling on Meta
→ Feed the page to Claude Code
→ Claude extracts the exact DR framework
→ Swap in your brand details, product, audience, and mechanism
→ Claude one-shots a complete HTML page following the same proven structure
→ Paste into Shopify. Done.
No designer.
No copywriter turnaround.
No starting from scratch.
What you get:
→ The exact advertorial structure that's already converting on Meta, rebuilt for your brand
→ Full HTML page ready to import into Shopify in 60 seconds
→ Copy that follows every DR beat — authority, pain escalation, root cause reframe, social proof, offer
→ A repeatable system you can use to spin out new angles whenever you need them
The pages that are scaling hardest on Meta all follow the same formula. This just lets you use it.
I put together a full guide showing the exact process — how to find winning pages, extract the structure, and build your own in Claude Code.

Google’s new Nano Banana Pro turns a single product photo into $1,000-level image ads in under 3 minutes.
No designers.
No revisions.
No $3k–$5k retainers.
I paired it with one custom GPT and now my ads look like the biggest DTC brands for £0.
Should I drop the exact prompt + model link before they force Google to shut it down?”
Google Nano Banana Pro +my custom GPT prompt = better ads than 99% of agencies, in 2 minutes 47 seconds.
reply “BANANA” if you want the prompt before I get sued 😂🍌”

This type of video animation for a gut supplement ad would normally cost $500 from your ad agency.
I built it in 20 minutes for $10 with this AI system.
Here's exactly how I did it:
→ Ad scripting in Claude
→ Image generation of digestion track with Fabric
→ Image to video animation with Fabric
→ Talking head UGC avatar with Fabric
→ Edit all clips together & ad captions with CapCut
With this tool + system, I can generate 12 variations of this ad concept in an afternoon and be testing all of them by tomorrow morning.
By the end of the week, I can see which is driving highest ROAS, and then iterate on the winners again.
In a month, I will have tested hundreds of high quality video concepts across dozens of personas.
This is how you scale eComm in 2025 and beyond.
Those who don't learn how to do this will fall behind and be outcompeted by competitors who do who can outbid you on facebook.
If you want access to all the prompts and the tool I used to build this ad:
Like, RT, and comment "FABRIC", and I'll dm it to you.
