Been building in silence for 9 years. Will start to share more of what that actually looked like. The wins, the mistakes, what scaled and what didn't. First article is live, more coming regularly.

What nobody tells you about scaling to 9 figures: The product has to be genuinely good. You can't ad spend your way out of a bad product. Eventually the market tells you the truth. The backend breaks before the front end does. Fulfillment, customer service, operations, that's where brands die. Not on Meta. The offer matters more than the creative. I've seen the same product 2x revenue just by changing the offer structure. And creative volume is now the only real competitive advantage left on paid social. Most brands know this. Few actually do it.

@clayyroy Can you explain why bid caps over cost caps? Switched to cost caps a week ago going well so far but still offer testing so not set on target cpa. Would love to hear how you test when using bid cap and where you set your bid relative to target cpa.

Stop watching what everyone else is doing. By the time you copy it, they've already moved on and you're just running someone else's old playbook.

@carlwickund1 Yes but tbh there is no such thing as a saturated niche if your product stands out and you know how to market it well

@clayyroy Is it what people call a « saturated » niche or not?

@ecomfrr Product is the only thing that compounds. Ads stop the second you stop paying. A great product keeps selling itself 📈

A 300k day doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone built the creative pipeline, tested the offer, fixed the backend, and had the infrastructure to handle the volume without breaking. The day is the result. The system is the work.

Product first. Always. You can't spend your way out of something people don't actually want. After that, one platform mastered before touching anything else, an offer that makes saying no feel stupid, and operations that don't break when the volume comes.

@clayyroy Insane numbers bro 👌 What are the main points you would say, that actually help you get to such a large scale?

Walked into Ginza for ramen. Left with a Patek. Tokyo has a way of escalating quietly.

@mineofalpha Not an AD, it’s more like a grey market dealer. Tokyo has a ton of these shops where you can just walk in and buy, no waitlists or games like with Rolex
