𝙱̲𝚞̲𝚝̲ ̲𝚝̲𝚑̲𝚎̲𝚛̲𝚎̲'̲𝚜̲ ̲𝚊̲ ̲𝚕̲𝚊̲𝚢̲𝚎̲𝚛̲ ̲𝚖̲𝚒̲𝚜̲𝚜̲𝚒̲𝚗̲𝚐̲.̲ Look at the gap between Models and Applications. That's exactly where enterprise AI breaks down in practice. The model is brilliant. The application is well-designed. But the answers are wrong, inconsistent, or non-compliant 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵. Gartner puts a hard number on it: 𝟭𝟬𝟬% of GenAI virtual assistant projects without modern knowledge management will fail to meet their CX and cost goals. Not most.
