Can anyone suggest about @eMag fraud. I had placed order or more then 600 euros and estimated delivery was 3 days before but not delivered. With every talk on support giving lame excuses like we will expedite it, network not working, address not correct, etc.

@eMAG I didn't even receive the package at all, it was destroyed mid transportation and never delivered

@eMAG you really need better software for your customer support. A package I ordered with next day delivery got destroyed in transportation. 4 days later, support couldn't send a new one because they had to wait for the situation to be solved with the courier first @valvesoftware sent me a package from Seattle, USA to the same address and it took 48h, it wasn't even for a purchase but for a replacement 3 years after warranty, so $0 spent. They picked up the broken product a week after I received the new one. Now THAT's incredible customer service, so I will shill for Valve until the day I die. But in this case I cancelled the order and got it from an emag partner, so you just lost on a purchase for silly bureaucratic reasons It's not too big of a deal, very first world problem, it's just a $30 powerbank, but would be nice to not have to waste time doing all this Support was great, but he/she just had no option to simply send me a new product

@eMAG I placed order on 16th March, and delivery should be on 17th March but not delivered yet. Customer care not responding and cancellation also not allowed as it says delivery in progress. I think @eMAG running some kind of fraud online by promising confirm delivery time.

Colet dus din Sălaj în Ilfov ca să ajungă în Cluj. Alții scot încărcătoare din cutie și la noi coletele sunt în turul țării. Dacă eu am dopul lipit de sticla de Cola ar trebui interzise și rute din astea inutile. Aia e, să fie hub local, nu afumăm țara degeaba.

@eMAG I haven't received part of an order placed 17/01/2026. I have contacted your chatbot 3 times. Each time I was told that I would be updated through email. After the initial email there is silence. It is impossible to contact you. Is this so you don't have to refund me?

@eMAG 500gr of product delivered when 1kg ordered and contact form keeps failing. No email to contact you. Help just suggests return the product. I just want the full 1kg ordered so the extra 500gr needs to be sent. When things go wrong it is bad, it is very bad when it is impossible to get you to resolve!

De luni (termen de livrare) se tot ocupa @eMAG de comanda mea platita in avans (nu stiu ce mi'o fi venit) a carei livrare nici pana azi nu stiu cand si daca va fi facuta, ptr. ca nu ma lamureste nimeni. De luni o sa se ocupe si ANPC'ul sa se spele cu ei pe cap.

Din 6 comenzi @eMAG de produse cosmetice și de curățenie, 4 au venit cu probleme.. destul de grave, unele cu risc pentru sănătate. Produse expirate, depozitate necorespunzător, lipsă etichete cu informații esențiale în limba română.
