@B6Nigel @dmdunn84 @WMPVillaFC By your logic we should go back to how security in airports was before 911 because not everyone will hijack a plane. The fact of the matter is it has happened, our fans got injured so rules were put in place to stop it happening again, don’t like it don’t come.

@dmdunn84 @WMPVillaFC And therein lies the problem, we haven’t moved on in our thinking. Match policing assumed everyone was a hooligan back in the eighties, and that set us back for decades. Effective risk profiling, offender targeting and police liaison should be in place to avoid these measures.
