That's it. The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Bill has passed all its stages. Royal Assent should follow pretty soon. We've done it! Thanks to everyone who's worked so hard over so long to get this done. Thousands of couples and their children will benefit #nofaultdivorce

We had a busy events schedule planned for spring this year, so a bunch of water bottles, notebooks and mugs are now going spare.
We can drop these off to any #NHS trusts in London who need them.
It's not much but we'd rather you have them than gathering dust in storage.

The latest: from a general court signature “we do not support web portals such as Egress, therefore all messages sent from web portals will be deleted automatically”. Hopefully we have found a way around it but, what?! @manderslaw

@WiFLaw @FamilyLawBar the next hurdle for family lawyers WFH. E-filing applications. Bromley Family Court has indicated that the usual rules and limits (10MB and 50 pages) will continue to apply as the court doesn’t have the technology to deal with large files. Any ideas?
