Thanks, Penser! I did the same with futures: lower timeframe scalping whenever the hourly had triggered and stayed in force. Sometimes 5-minute, and sometimes lower on 1-minute to 3-minute! The little spikes in between were lethal, so I had to drill down for those little pullbacks up to short once a 2u-2d or 2u-1-2d triggered. QQQ put options, on the other hand, I held as long as the hourly stayed in force. This set was my last, held until my sell order at 3:39 ET. Missed the very bottom tick exit by a minute. I had tightened my trailing stop after the 3:30 flip, as I knew the end of day short covering would happen before the MOC imbalance at 3:50.

My favorite trade of the day triggered after 10:30 AM ET on $NQ_F/ $MNQ_F. I took the short on MNQ. I use a trading method called #TheStrat, and this was a 4-hour 2up-2down (2u-2d) reversal. Trigger was a break below previous 4-hour candle low (white ray 24,525) and target was the overnight low 24,397.50. 127 points = $254 with just one micro MNQ contract.
