This is the @MarineTraffic replay of March 30 & 31. Green arrows are freighters and red are tankers.
The only outbound tanker was Noxen, a 160k ton crude oil tanker flagged in Comoros.
However, she is a sanctioned tanker and just loaded at Kharg Island, probably for China.
What has been missing are the 8 to 10 tankers that President Trump discussed at the Cabinet meeting, or the 20 he is referring to on Air Force One.
If these tankers were released by Iran, they would be broadcasting on AIS.
