One thing missing in so many programs today is the development of leadership. Kids have a hard time leading because they’re used to having adults control everything. We have to give up some control for leadership to develop. It’s hard for many adults, but very necessary for kids!

I wanted to break the news first and let you guys know that I was waived from the Aces today. It was amazing to be apart of a championship atmosphere and I am thankful for the opportunity! I am still in great spirits and look forward to the next chapter in my life!
