update: this may have been the most important thing I’ve done in the past 10 years
feel so much better everyday it’s hard to convey. getting much stronger and more flexible. losing weight. weird muscle pulls and strains a thing of the past. compelled to eat better
weight lifting 2x per week. adding in 1-2 Pilates reformer sessions per week
total time: 3-4 hours per week + 4 one hour walks per week
will report back in ~4 months

I am continually amazed that the observability/OTel world has still not figured out the easiest UX solution to implement their tooling
