Way back then in the 90s, Mike wanted to build a squad of Elites, and that’s exactly what they’ve done becoming one of the go-to training facilities for elite gymnastics & producing an Olympian. All that to say, it’s a thrill to see a great coach & person step into this role.

As things unfolded, Mike offered me a scholarship to train at Twin City Twisters, a gym that at the time was a powerhouse for level 10s (I got to compete on a National Championship winning team) and produced multiple individual Lvl 10 Nat’l champions.

It’s not about the time, it’s what you do with it. You can do a lot in 30 minutes, with intensity, focus, & purpose. You can also spend 2 hours and get little to nothing accomplished.
