She almost died from Covid and is immunocompromised. So I have a lot of empathy for her for threatening to sue people who got hantavirus and may not respect their quarantine and infection control. I guess what I'm trying to say is... YES OFC! Normalize suing disease spreaders!!!

@resiniee @gbennylola Im not anti veganism btw! I think veganism is dope & admire ppl making decisions for themselves but it doesn’t address the main issue. Being vegan is an individual solution the problem is large companies being profit driven & creating abhorrent conditions in food production

The fishing industry is literally worse than the meat industry cause they kidnap people from developing countries to work on fishing vessels for slave wages in abhorrent conditions. It’s an entire industrial food system issue

@Brieyonce Listen.....! I listen to a podcast where a woman kept getting pregnant but all of her children passed away shortly after birth. More than five children. It took them years to catch on until a neighbor spoke up and said "I think she's killing those kids."

Not all Africans are Indigenous. There are many Indigenous peoples in Africa, but not all of them are politically Indigenous and it's harmful to posit such when many groups suffer directly from non-Indigenous groups displacing them

@woqutuwok @Jb51014 Colonial forces and later oil companies. The post-colonial governments in many African countries are basically just carbon copies of the colonial system. So the practice of indirect rule and exploitation still prevail it doesn’t take away from their indigenous status 4/
