Little negative impact on patient care. One of the reasons why insurance companies have since adopted it Now replace the doctor behind the screen with a competent, well trained ai model perhaps with a hyper realistic avatar too You get high clinical outcomes at a lower cost

If you wondering, what the roadmap for replacing doctors will be, I'll give it a shot. First of all, not all doctors can easily be replaced. Primary care doctors are the most at risk right now. Telemedicine has proven over the years that remote consultation has

"If it's free, you're the product" The doctors' input will be used to train and improve the models to.. replace doctors. Personally, I'm indifferent but people deserve a right to know.

I want to be rich. But not Lamborghini or Rolex rich, I want to be rich enough to go to the gym at 3pm and nobody can tell me no. To tap the family in front of me at the supermarket and say, "It's on me," Rich enough that my future wife never has to worry about getting a job. Rich enough to show my children the world, not pictures of it. Rich enough to take my friends to dinner and say, "| got this", Rich enough that God uses me to help the people who are in need. That's my version of rich.

I’ve seen over 4 doctors of different nationalities on SM this week alone deciding either not to do residency after med school or quitting clinical practice. Most of them are going into Medical Economics & Financing, Healthcare MBA, Medical Planning & Management. I get it. Not everyone must be clinical . If it’s possible to get a bit of healthcare finance and management , please do. You’ll thank yourself later.

@TheAtaga @DiKachii You still don't understand me. There's no other proof that the X account in question was opened by that email asides the tweet where grok attributed the account to the yahoo mail. Unfortunately, grok does not have access to X sensitive data like account emails so it's invalid.

But the second-order effect is where it gets ruthless. That instant, painless refund is one of the main reasons Prime members spend $1,340 per year, more than double what non-Prime customers spend. The lifetime value of a Prime member is $2,283. A non-Prime customer is $916. So Amazon isn't "being nice." Amazon priced out every possible interaction and determined that a $9 refund today protects $2,283 in future revenue. The refund is a $9 insurance premium on a $2,283 asset.
