An Israeli strike on Tayr Debba, a coastal town south of Tyre in southern Lebanon, killed a pregnant woman and her young daughter, L’Orient Today reports. A visiting woman was also killed, while the husband and another person were injured.

In Tayr Debba, a coastal town near Tyre along the Mediterranean, Ruqayya Zaidan, her daughter, her unborn child, and Madeline Moghnieh were all killed following an Israeli strike. Three Civil Defense personnel were among 5 killed in Majdal Zoun, also in the Tyre district near the Israeli border, while conducting rescue operations. Representative Kim Schrier (D-WA) last week introduced H.R. 8425, the “Strengthening the Vaccines for Children Program Act of 2026,” a sweeping federal bill that could funnel billions in taxpayer dollars into an expanded child vaccine control grid.
The legislation does this by deepening federal vaccine infrastructure, increasing payments to vaccine administrators, financially coercing states into running federally approved vaccine propaganda campaigns, and expanding long-term pediatric surveillance systems.

Rep. Jim Himes publicly opposed a five-year extension of Section 702 surveillance powers, calling it “not acceptable,” but emails show he is privately urging Democrats to back the Trump-supported bill, Lever News reports.
Section 702 enables warrantless surveillance, including Americans’ data. Himes claims there has been no misuse, even as a 2022 intelligence report found 278,000 non-compliant FBI searches.
Even if Congress does not renew the law, surveillance would continue through March 2027 under existing court-approved certifications, which allow the program to operate on a rolling annual basis.

Mikhaila Peterson says she went through “two years of pure hell” when she decided to stop taking SSRIs.
