I might be out of touch... but around here gas stations, electronics stores, Walmart etc ALL sell like 90% iPhone lightning cables. USB-C is hard to find... Did I miss something? Seemed to only become like that a few months ago. I know old phones exist but Android is also USB-C?

I avoid Google as much as I can now. Ever paid $1000+ for a service, get locked out, and find it impossible to get back in because their automated solutions don't work and it's impossible to contact a human. The ending solution they provided was "just make a new gmail"

@D0ge_Daddy @alifcoder I agree, but similar devices definitely existed before, but not mass produced and sold with such an easy to use interface. It's a very big demonstration in how "use your phone to unlock everything you own" is a very flawed concept.

This is why I took the batteries out of the digital part of my lock. Literally caught someone trying to do this shit and then later he tried to lock me out of my apartment. Honestly should be illegal in my opinion, but it does show how insecure our RF protocols are
