@BritPharmSoc Hello, I am very unhappy that there were repeated questions between your PSA practice papers. For £40, all of the questions should be unique. Multiple questions such as fluids and the calculation questions were repeated down to the exact same numbers.

@thetrainline terrible experience travelling from Sheffield to London Kings Cross via Doncaster. 8:36 service from Sheffield was delayed and then left on time with no notice given to passengers. My journey was disrupted and extra £40 spent on a new ticket. How do I get a refund?

@thetrainline As Grand Central did not run another service to London in time, I purchased a ticket for the 9:59 service however then refunded and bought the same on a different site as it was cheaper. I may have accidentally scanned the wrong QR code - please advise as this is an extra £40.

@BlackgrapeHols Your original outbound train departed as scheduled and so we cannot refund this ticket. I located the replacement ticket you purchased and can see that it was scanned on board the train and has been used for travel. We cannot refund this ticket either. Thank you, ~Chris

@thetrainline Hi, I refunded that ticket and purchased a new one on a different website. I also got in touch with grand central rail and was told that if the ticket for the 9:11 service was unused I can collect a full refund for this from point of payment. Please see the attached screenshot.
