@easyJet if my circumstances have changed and I can’t make a flight booking, and I can tell you about it in advance i.e. now, so you could easily resell my seat, is there really no kind of refund you can offer me? Not even a partial one? #helpplease

@easyJet Hiw long do I have to wait for claiming MY money back for hotel stays etc. when you cancelled our flight . I’m £700 out of pocket , and you are not communicating at all .

I'm just off a flight from Belfast to Bristol where a passenger suddenly fell ill. The calm, professional and caring approach of the @easyJet cabin crew was AMAZING. They were able to hand care over to the paramedics when we landed and the passenger was stable. Well done

Appalled that an @easyJet employee screamed in the face of a disabled man until he became visibly distressed at Gatwick airport yesterday, trying to check bag size at the gate (it would have comfortably gone in)
