I dont get how on @ebay you can request a cancel to an order, cancel get auto rejected, seller messages me and says they are fin cancelling it but neither of us cancel it or report it hasnt arrived. Why are the buyer and seller held hostage in this scenario?

The level of customer support at Ebay is completely unacceptable for such a major company. I should not expect to be robbed by your company of $22 for two-way shipping cost fees your representatives can’t even explain when I return an item that was deceptively advertised. @eBay
