I am not an Ontarian, or a teacher, or an education assistant, but I have a perspective on the Ford government’s “Keeping Students in Schools Act”. I was Minister of Education in Alberta for 7 years, including the time the Charter was developed and enacted. #onted #onpoli

It's funny the Jewish community is being accused of trying to control everything, but I can't remember the last time a Jewish person tried to force their religion on me, or govern the country based on what THEY believe in.

@Cherworm From the many schools I’ve been to since January due to fail to fill supply teaching….I haven’t seen 1 student chewing on their mask, eating it or choking either.

@ebaumi I thought that was an interesting point! Not sure about the choking hazard either!!

As someone who has been in a number of different schools supply teaching due to the board's fail to fill situation, I have yet to see any students eat their masks, or be denied the opportunity to eat. #wrdsb
