Charlie Kirk's organization is called Turning Point, USA. It's named that because, in promoting conservative values in young people, Charlie's aim was to reach a turning point in the march of progressive values in American society. If you believe in those progressive values and wanted that to happen, it's probably hard for you to understand why anyone would want to stop progress. That's a bigger discussion for another day that I would like to address at some point, if for no other reason than to put my thoughts to writing (believe it or not, I do these posts for me, not you). But suffice it to say that, in the culture wars, Turning Point's aim was to convince young people of conservative values, not progressive. Charlie did this through debate and words. In the last decade and especially the last 24 hours, I've heard a lot of people on the left talk about Charlie's rhetoric being racist, bigoted, sexist, misogynistic and he was a Nazi. The usual lineup of insults from the left. Morally, the left thinks stopping the onslaught of Nazism is good and virtuous and you'd be correct. But where you're wrong is believing so much of what's on the right is akin to Nazism. Unequivocally, you. are. wrong. Charlie Kirk wasn't a Nazi. And, while you may have severely disagreed with his rhetoric, he wasn't bigoted, sexist or racist either. I'm exceedingly tired of these terms being used in the same slip-shod manner that rape was there for awhile, where women were accusing men of rape for unwanted touch or advances, not the actual act of rape. It cheapens the term through exaggeration. *** I *** have been accused multiple times of being racist, sexist and misogynistic. Do you think that about me? Because, while there was a lot that I disagreed with Charlie on, there was also a lot that I agreed with. I didn't particularly like him and the way he presented himself. I thought his open advocacy for a theocracy was lunacy. But on so many other things he made sense. Well, at least to me. His organization is aptly named because, in his death, America has now reached a turning point. And I forsee two possible paths. One is mass awakening to the forces that have divided us for so long and, with that awakening, a calm gradually coming over all of us in recognizing how we've all been played like marionettes. The second, which I'm already seeing, is the division becomes much worse. And you on the left will see things you've never seen before because it hasn't happened here for a very long time. You're going to see people on the right, who have not said one word this entire time, come out of the woodwork and become violent. I don't advocate for this (hopefully, obviously), I'm just the messenger. I'm already seeing videos of people on the right seething, not because Charlie was assassinated, but because the left has casually and cavalierly called the right racists, bigots, sexists, misogynists and Nazis without any concern for the repercussions for too long.

President Trump says “a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again” Despite how some feel about this subject, I just want to remind everyone there are good people in Iran. “Whole civilization” means them too. I don’t think that will happen tonight… the key part that stands out is “maybe something Revolutionarily can happen.” All I can suggest is just pray for the good people to rise up and finally put an end to the 47 year cycle. God, please guide the hands and words of our President today.

That's why I would also agree with a government stepping in to remove children from abusive parents. But your "don't care" opening says all I need to know. You don't care. If you’re not watching @RealCandaceO yet, you should be. I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again, she’s right about Erika. Erika Kirk is deeply troubling and deserves to be investigated. But that’s not the only point where Candace is right. Candace is also absolutely correct about the pattern of priests being quietly relocated after being exposed for Pedophilia. If you wanted to corrupt a society from within, you would start by infiltrating its moral institutions, undermining the church, weakening the family structure, and eroding cultural foundations. I don't know concrete, or what good prices on it are. But I do know that "realistic prices" is a buzz word term that customers use because they have no idea what goes into good, quality service and get sticker shock over what a professional job costs. This is partially because of just how much the Federal Reserve has devalued everyone's labor for a century through inflation, but also because people have consistently been indoctrinated over the years to "find the best deal", which is often cheap Chinese knockoff shit that doesn't last nearly as long. Concrete is expensive now, just like everything else. So I take it you're fine with paying slave wages for guys that are willing to take them because you're a cheap fucker.

@bprintco I got quoted $3000 for a concrete back patio. And then a coworker gave us the info for his guy who did it for $900, including stamping it like cobble stone. ,16’x13’x6”, two guys, looks great. Contractors really hate when someone does the work for a realistic price.

I just mistakenly underquoted a job. Was in a rush getting to the next quote and fat fingered a 2 instead of a 3. Lady emails me back right away and says we're 3x higher than her other quote. I quoted $2700 and it should have been $3700. She says she got one for $900 You guys... this job could either be done one of two ways... Either you do it by hand and it's going to take a team of 5 guys over a week to do it. Or you have a specialized remote control forestry machine and you can do it in a couple days. We're the only company in the city that does residential that has one. $900 is less than the depreciation cost of this machine for this job even if someone else did have one. So one of these things is true... Either she's about to get scammed out of a deposit, someone is going to try and use a CTL and get themselves killed, or she found someone who has no idea wtf they got themselves into 😂 🤦‍♂️
