This doesn’t surprise me at all. Let me share my experience with the customer service of @Starlink and @FOBroadband My Starlink stopped working last week. Made a complain on their app (no calls) just chatbot and later upgraded to actually chatting a human. They asked that I send images of the device connections which I did. Within minutes they closed the ticket telling me they were sending a new device within a week, pro bono. I have a tracker link updating me at every stage or device delivery. I then decided to resurrect my @FiberOne_help and paid. As expected it didn’t work. Called them immediately they said they will send a technician. It’s almost one week and no one has showed up. At some point I got upset with their customer care but later realized it’s beyond them. Nigeria has happened to them. Maybe they have shortage of staff or just having operational challenges but the signs are clear that this is not a service I will likely renew. For me, once a company start having basic customer care issues, response time, delays in delivery just know it’s a sign of a company in operational distress. I had to switch back to MTN 5G (which I also abandoned for months) and it’s been working so far. Note: Fiber One charges just N23k versus Starlink N38k. So maybe that’s the issue too. 🤷🏽‍♂️
