To be fair a lot of the discourse stems from maths illiteracy lol. Some people can’t compute that same age doesn’t necessarily equal born in the same year and think you’re bullshitting them when you bring up the possibility

Ok my two cents on this is that 1. Oda didn’t think about all that he gives characters their birthdays based on puns and vibes and 2. In order for the theorised timeline to make sense sanji would have to turn 19 a month after he joins the crew or else he would have been 20 for

But 3. There’s another theory saying that the world of OP follows a traditional Asian ageing system, meaning you’re considered to have aged a year after 1/1 regardless of whenever your actual birthday is. So zoro could’ve been considered 19 even if 11/11 hasn’t passed

yes I have an exam tmr and yes I searched up the one piece timeline for an optwt discourse 😭 anyways this proves that the whole thing doesn't make sense and oda just didn't bother while making their birthdays, so everyone is free to hc who's older! just don't force it as canon
