Can I just run a normal command in Claude Code - like.. instead of asking it, I just type the command and it runs it? Or do I always have to have a separate tab open? It'd be nice to just not burn tokens interpreting a command but also keep it in the conversational context.

Team worked hard and diligently on this one. Still some more updates to come as well. As I mentioned in the post, it's the kind of tool that would actually be better if it wasn't needed (and that's our goal). However, one of the biggest strengths of WooCommerce is its incredible flexibility and that does mean that not only bugs in the software, but also conflicts from other plugins, unintentional customization impact (or configuration misteps) can cause unexpected changes to critical flows like Subscriptions. Visibility is super important for businesses to succeed. That's a message we've heard loud and clear.

We've shipped a Subscriptions Health Check tool giving every merchant visibility into renewal states — plus a full account of what we investigated, what we found, and what we're changing going forward. buff.ly/u4CtA9d

@artpi Yes 😄 I'd be curious why you landed on NotebookLM versus another solution. We also have some medical things in my family that we end up getting LLM help with.

Feeding NotebookLM with my 93 y/o grandpa medical history because I cannot figure out his current drug regime. Should I create a podcast from it?

I asked one of my coworkers to describe me as an engineer recently. “Stubborn, in a good way.”

Decided to take Monday off to do some family stuff and recoup from travel, and then the whole internet went down. Lucky timing or maybe they just felt the internet wasn’t worth it without me.

There is no WordPress idea that I can't bring to life with AI. A tweet from @photomatt about the best way to read (line height, width, etc) gave birth to CozyMode. Check it out here: link.iconick.io/cozymode

@stripe announced @WooCommerce as a key partner for agentic commerce at #StripeTour NYC today. Behind the scenes, we've been working hard to make sure that WooCommerce sits at the center of the open commerce ecosystem in the AI era. There's a lot more to come. MCP shipping soon is just the beginning.

Stripe announced yesterday, at Stripe Tour NYC, their plans for agentic commerce, and that includes working closely with us (Woo) to enable it for our merchants. It's coming! Keep an eye on our dev blog for more info 👀

I'm redoing my Pokemon shop website in WordPress. Every time I need something cool for it I'm creating new blocks with Telex. There is something so satisfying about solving problems on my own.

OpenAI and Shopify announce their partnership. I’m left wondering: when will WooCommerce catch up? I hope it’s in the next few weeks. That’s the time they have. And now would be the time to announce they’re working on this. There are many battlefields like this coming 1/2

Pretty excited to see MCP in @WooCommerce (next release!) - Easily extensible by developers, and something that unlocks unlimited possibilities with AI for my favorite ecom platform.
