On Microsoft Windows, even if every visible browser is gone, you still have built-in tools like PowerShell or Command Prompt that can download files directly from the internet. Instead of clicking links, you use commands to fetch the installer. For example, in PowerShell you can run: Invoke-WebRequest -Uri google.com/chrome/ -OutFile chrome_installer.exe Or a more direct download link: Invoke-WebRequest -Uri dl.google.com/chrome/install… -OutFile chrome_installer.exe If PowerShell aliases are available, you can also use: curl -L -o chrome_installer.exe dl.google.com/chrome/install… Once the file is downloaded, you simply run: .\chrome_installer.exe and your browser is back. Another option on Windows is the Microsoft Store, which works independently of a browser. From there, you can reinstall something like Microsoft Edge or any other available browser. On macOS, it’s much harder to get into this situation because Safari is deeply integrated into the system. But even in extreme cases, you can still use the Terminal to download installers: curl -O dl.google.com/chrome/mac/sta… Then open the downloaded file and install as usual. And of course, there’s always the simplest fallback: using another device. You can download a browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on a different computer or even your phone, transfer it via USB, and install it manually.
