The judge adopted @MarylandDJS recommendations and sentenced him to PROBATION with an ankle monitor. NO JAILTIME The boy was then RELEASED back to the same home where some of the r*pes occurred. The victims are still living in the community. HOW IS THIS JUSTICE???
