i was on jury for a drunk driving charge. funny the cop (a state trooper) had cameras filming the backseat and out the front windshield (with audio) and the only video footage he had to bring to court was the damning proof the accused had indeed crossed the yellow center line, while he himself was driving left of center. none of the 'evidence' he provided the court was backed by the recording devices equipped on the car. funny how that happens.......
