Excellent tips at sports heart session for differentiating normal from ARVC in athletes. RV dilation is normal, but should be in conjunction with LV increase too. @ase360 @DermotPhelanMD. An integrated approach essential.

IVC dilation increases with athletes heart. Consider rolling the patient onto the left side ….ivc sizes tends to decrease in most athletes
