@ecnar15 Well i get ya. I guess it's about taste. I used to be like that but the positive kinda outweigh a lot for me. Though harem are painful especially when your favorite girl lose. That's something i fuckinh hate.

99% Harem story are garbage af yah And every Harem that doesn't end in Harem is already a garbage too. Barely some authors can get Harem right. Otherwise it's always the same shit with generic story and no character development, girls throwing themselves on MC for no reason etc

@Aakashb30105708 There are exceptions in everything. In some harem story, even if MC treats all female character equally, there could be the 1 true heroine which we can see easily. Most of the time it's the first girl MC meets etc. Tho That still doesn't make it bad than Fake Harem

@ecnar15 Understandable. I don't mind polygamy especially in fantasy harem but let's not pretend that even in such works there some magical equality. There is clear cut true heroine in most works.

@ecnar15 Well you are not. I can see it. But i think the pros (multiple women trying to express teenage love) far outweighs any negative things. The ending thing is true but i think it drives communities more than anything. The discussions around which girl is best are fun.

@Aakashb30105708 that's exactly what I find bullshit. People thinking its fun to see which girl wins and lose etc, can be fun *sometimes but not if it's used every single damm times in majority of story. It's always 1 girl winning or none winning.

@Aakashb30105708 Each to their own opinion. If a Harem got a Harem ending then it's peak for me. Having harem as even a subgenre, lot of love interest and all that stuff only for MC to end with 1 Heroine makes it hella shit, all the time invested for that garbage, I can't.

@ecnar15 @megatonton @ruanjose01 The games are great but keep in mind that localizers sabotaged the script by doing things like changing a bunch of the terms, names of characters and locations, and dialogue. So it's best to use translation mods through modded switches or emulators if you're able to.
