I submitted a police report, signed affidavit, IMEI, and Find My iPhone evidence showing my stolen iPhone was sold to an ecoATM kiosk. Your team confirmed receipt and opened a claim, but I’ve received no resolution or written explanation. Meanwhile, I’m receiving ongoing phishing attempts related to Activation Lock, indicating the device entered a resale pipeline. Can someone from corporate support please help escalate this?

@ecoATM They will take your phone even if Find My iPhone is still on, even if it is in lost mode! It has been two mths and they still haven’t returned it! The battery just got charged again and no call yet!!! They suck!
