@BeeNetwork 764 bus driver wouldn’t sell my son a weekly ticket again today. The bus is late every day, both to and from school. No response to my previous complaint yet. Honestly, this is exhausting. It’s a mess. It needs to be better, and soon.

@BeeNetwork The driver just waved for him to sit down apparently, which doesn’t make much sense. 764 late on the return journey again today - 25 minutes late this time. Why?

@ecohare Hi, I have spoken with the team who can confirm that the driver has sold TfGM School weekly tickets on the 764 bus today. Would you please be able to send me a DM and provide us with further information with what happened this morning when your son tried to buy a weekly ticket?

@BeeNetwork I know conditions are bad but kids waiting for their school bus for 30 minutes in the freezing cold every morning this week isn’t ok. The weather isn’t a surprise, where’s the contingency planning?

@BeeNetwork He was also told by the bus driver this morning that he couldn’t buy a weekly ticket, which is wrong. Please can this be sorted out ASAP.

@ecohare Thank you for confirming. I am really sorry to learn of the issues experienced this week. I can confirm that we are stressing the importance of school services operating on time and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. All feedback is being passed onto the team.

@BeeNetwork 764 on brooklands rd / maple road. Due at 8.15 but has been 8.40/8.45 every day this week. Also 15-20 minutes late on the return journey every day so far.
