I was exhausted nd paused my Phd after staying in it for one year. Should i resume my Phd again? I learnt alot while i was away - b4 i was overwhelmed due to many demands from advisor, now i consider phd as a task, not a life. Life is outside phd. @PhDVoice #phdchat #phdlife

@PhDVoice @PostdocVoice We the students work well when we have a supportive supervisor. But when we feel the supervisor is not supportive, we lose all the interst in the interested things and we simply then can't deliver.

As a supervisor, you are probably the greatest influence on your PhD students’ PhDs, and even careers. Make sure to be a positive influence because it is not only the right thing to do, but, the higher they ascend, the better it is for your career too. #PhDVoice @PostdocVoice
