The most powerful impression of @Keir_Starmer press conference was that we are returning to serious grown up politics and government. Not a day too soon. The focus on ministerial standards was welcome. Devoting Day 2 to meetings with First Ministers or Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland was a great sign after the contempt shown to them by the Tories in recent years. Ditto Metro Mayors Day 3. And it was like a breath of fresh air to hear and see the focus on prisons. The @JamesTCobbler appointment is inspired. Also if I can tell @Emmabarnett of another swimming pool chat - Jason from Yorkshire said it was amazing how much stronger and more confident KS looked since actually winning. That is the power of the office.

Don’t let the small number of seats for Reform fool you. Something remarkable happened this week. This result was delivered with no national infrastructure and a shoestring budget. We are turning these headwinds into tailwinds as we speak. Reform is the only party with the most valuable asset in politics: *momentum* Onwards!
