@doctorow Heya Cory! No way, same thing happened to me. No one at BP pulse could/would explain. Only thing I could think of is, such power is needed that minimal small gap arcing in a badly connected plug can generate enough heat to melt it, without being outside of norms enough to trip.

Hey, electrician tweeps - this is (was) the receptacle that my home EV charger was plugged into. Any idea what would cause this? The breaker didn't trip. Is it a problem with the charger? With the wiring? With the receptacle?
