@stuarthalton Rather than slagging off others, why don’t you get your own house in order? How can you pretend to be ethical as the brand manager for a company that is refusing to fulfil orders made weeks before Christmas and then refusing to refund?

@amandareed2571 @FollowWestwood They aren’t even responding to messages anymore as know they have messed up. Just hope that a few people see these posts and ensure that they don’t buy from them. Planning credit card chargeback as know that getting refund from them will be equally bleak.

@FollowWestwood perhaps if you are unable to fulfil orders you should halt your website , disgusting that you are still taking money from people knowing you can’t fulfil your orders.

@amandareed2571 @FollowWestwood Yes, that’s the correct number. Please be warned, it will likely infuriate you even more by speaking to them. The previous agents that I’ve spoken to followed a script and wouldn’t answer any questions. My one this morning went rogue and made clear it’s a total shit show.

@FollowWestwood You have shockingly poor customer service. I order a necklace and paid for express delivery requesting it to be delivered by 20th as its Christmas gift and we are going away. Order is not dispatch and no one bothered to respond to my emails
