@sonalimn @FollowWestwood Called repeatedly for an order placed on 14 December with Express Delivery. Finally spoke to someone who went off script just now “there are too many orders, our warehouse in trouble, there is no information about whether they can be shipped”. Thought helpful to share.

@FollowWestwood You have shockingly poor customer service. I order a necklace and paid for express delivery requesting it to be delivered by 20th as its Christmas gift and we are going away. Order is not dispatch and no one bothered to respond to my emails
