@RichRedVoices We’ve basically swapped him for Garnacho and £8m. He’s 22yo, and still learning, plays in an area of need and will only get better under MC’s tutelage. If it doesn’t work out he is gone for £20m in 3 years.

At the beginning of the summer, Manchester United felt Sandro Tonali was gettable at between £65-70 million. Wages were going to be a difficult negotiating point, but again Spurs have come in and slapped down a fee that United simply weren’t interested in matching.

I always thought Fergies biggest fuck up Pre Utd was not taking Alan Hansen to the World Cup,I don’t think he took Speedy either(I’ll stand to be corrected) who was playing well and scoring at the time,it’s maybe why Hansen said,you’ll win nowt with kids 🤷♂️🇾🇪
