@AjaSaysHello My eco wash sadly is set for 40°C! For clothes I wash at a lower temperature, which is most of them, I shorten the cycle, to save energy, as I have the option to do that on some programs.

Three types of driver you meet on roads like these 1. Freezes on the spot. Can only go forwards 2. Well capable of reversing, but keen to see the driver closest to the layin go backwards 3. Giddily jams the car into reverse and heads backwards no matter how awkward it is

Happy St Patrick’s day friends. I have a question for cattle farmers. What do you shout when you want cattle to move? I grew up in Meath saying Yupsaaaa…. Or Yupsahahaaaaa, but my neighbours in west Cork say Hoooo or Hoooooow. What do you say and where are you from?

What’s the word is for mansplaining but in a national/geographical context? I just can’t take advice from the Irish & English about the heat. It would be the equivalent of Australians explaining tea or passive aggression.

The cheap flights, the bigger car, the fast food, the disposable plastic tat, the designer brands. They’ve all brought us to this point. We didn’t make this system, but we’ve all played our part in sustaining it. That has to end. Reject consumerism or we lose everything.
