On Aug. 1, 2025, interest will begin accruing on federal student loans in the Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan forbearance. This is the result of federal court injunctions. Borrowers with loans in the SAVE forbearance are receiving an email from the U.S. Department of Education (noreply@studentaid.gov) with detailed info. @edfinancial I noticed payments towards PSLF were not counting since 8/24 so I contacted ya'll. When I called late 2024, I was informed not to worry because eligible payment counts were not up to date. I called 6/25, and was notified these payments are not eligible. Plz advise.

@edfinancial The IDR Plan Request has not worked in several weeks. It freezes on the 'Family Size' page and does not let you complete the application. Two weeks ago I attempted to contact Customer Service about it and they told me that others have complained. Still a problem!
