@ronsterd89 A sewing needle that was sticking up in thick carpet. I took a full stride and stepped on it...went straight up into my heel.

What is the worst thing you ever stepped on?

@LEBassett ...walking the Camino De Santiago and that's when I found the video. After training for a couple hundred kilometers in the Lone Peak model, I switched to the Altra Olympus and walked 800+ kms in Spain on the Camino Frances. Zero issues.

@LEBassett I saw a video somewhere of a trail runner saying Altra's cured him of his PF and sure enough, it got rid of mine too! Mine was pretty bad as well, took a while in the morning to get going when it was at it's worst. I was researching the best show for...

Today's #caminotuesday theme is injury. Having walked for 34 days without incident... I was in Santiago De Compostela for a few days afterward when we heard the Botafumeiro would swing at a mass happening shortly. In my rush, I turned my ankle on this sewer grate running to mass.

@markspowart17 @lomography I shot quite a number of medium format rolls back in the day. Typically with a Holga 120. Lots of fun. Love the Lomo LC-A too for 35mm! Big Lomography fan! flickr.com/photos/holgalo…

A film format I’m shooting for the first time is medium format 120mm. The pic here is from the first roll through a #DianaF camera. If you’re not familiar with them, they are a simple plastic #camera with three aperture’s, plus pin-hole and one shutter-speed. @lomography #film
