4/ More detail on in-app Code Generator: it is a method to authenticate a login session on a new device when a user is already logged into FB on another device. Here is how it worked: 1. My Device A is not logged into FB. 2. My Device B is logged into FB. 3. I go to Device B and get a code to enter into Device A to complete a 2FA login.
