You give an engineer a georeferenced drawing in DWG. He designs and gives you back a PDF in random coordinates 😂😂. You start all over again to convert PDF to CAD, then scale, rotate, and georeference back. Will you die if you design within the actual coordinates given and give back as CAD? Ama ni mimi na overeact?😂😂

A deadly Black Mamba is snatched mid-air by a Snake Eagle… but the hunter becomes the hunted as the snake twists free and locks onto the eagle’s talons in a brutal struggle. Before either can escape, lions arrive on the scene, turning the chaos into a full-scale battle-leaving the trapped eagle with almost no chance of breaking free. #videosvuvu

DJI stopped producing the signature Phantom series drones (Phantom 4 RTK and Phantom 4 Pro). Phantom 4 Pro and Phantom 4 Advanced were the last in the lineage. They were replaced by the Mavic, Air, and Mini series. The production was allegedly stopped on the grounds of a larger form factor and production cost. They were pioneers in photogrammetry and mapping. However, the industry shifted, and there was a need for LIDAR sensors that could penetrate the canopy and foliage. That paved the way for platforms like DJI Matrice series (M300, M350, &M400), alongside the evolution of Multirole sensors like (L1, L2, L3, P1, H20T). Today, you will still find the Phantom series being used for Remote Pilot License (RPL) training by organizations like @FahariAviation

THE MYSTIC NHUTA/MOLE The Nhuta in Shona is the local name in Zimbabwe for a small burrowing rodent commonly called a mole or mole-rat in everyday and agricultural contexts. Biologically, it is a stocky, small mammal with a pointed snout, powerful front legs and large paws adapted for digging, and very poor eyesight (often near-blind) because it spends its entire life underground in extensive tunnel systems. Its diet consists mainly of roots. It burrows into fields and gardens (especially sweet potato ridges), often destroying more crops than it actually eats by pulling vines underground and creating mounds of fresh soil. Mystical and Cultural Significance Among the VaShona Among the VaShona (Shona people) of Zimbabwe, the nhuta is far more than a pest—it is viewed as a mystical creature deeply intertwined with the spirit world, witchcraft, and hidden powers. Its underground lifestyle symbolizes forces that operate invisibly, much like ancestral spirits, evil influences, or supernatural agents. In traditional Shona belief systems, “nhuta” is also the name historically used for cancer (or gomarara) and similar complex, wasting illnesses. Some elders and traditional healers describe these diseases as being caused by witches secretly placing a small “animal” (likened to the nhuta) inside a person’s body at night. This mystical nhuta then “burrows” through the flesh, eating it away and moving internally—just as the real animal tunnels underground—leading to progressive deterioration and death. Traditional healers (n’anga) have long drawn direct analogies from the mole’s behavior to diagnose and treat such conditions, seeing the disease as an internal “excavator” that must be countered with specific herbal and ritual remedies. This gives the creature a dual, almost paradoxical reputation: destructive and ominous on one hand, yet a key to unlocking cures on the other. It is sometimes associated with casting away evil spirits or misfortune in broader Zimbabwean traditions. Medicinal Uses in Traditional Practice The nhuta and its habitat are regarded as having potent medicinal properties, particularly for complex or “mystical” illnesses. While some uses are more documented among neighboring groups like the BaTonga (who share cultural overlaps with Shona communities in Zimbabwe), they reflect wider traditional knowledge: Soil from molehills (ivhu renhuta): This is one of the most commonly used traditional medicines among VaShona women in rural Zimbabwe (e.g., in districts like Goromonzi and Murehwa). About 27.7% of women who use traditional remedies during pregnancy consume it (typically one fistful mixed in 500 ml of water, drunk when thirsty) from the third trimester onward. It is believed to facilitate labor, make delivery easier and safer, avoid prolonged birth, and prevent tears or the need for stitches. The soil is sourced directly from homesteads or fields and is free, passed down through generations as cultural knowledge. Body parts of the nhuta itself: In related Zimbabwean traditions (including among BaTonga elders), the fat is mixed with herbs to treat eye cataracts and nasal aches—an ironic remedy given the animal’s own blindness. The fat rubbed over the body is also used as a love potion. Mole meat is considered a special food for the elderly, while the dried skin is cut into pieces and worn (as a waist tie or necklace) for protection, to cure impotence in men, or to cast away evil spirits. These practices underscore the nhuta’s role in Zimbabwean ethnomedicine as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. Modern traditional practitioners (including some who treat cancer) still reference the mole’s behavior as the basis for certain herbal protocols, emphasizing detoxification, immune support, and addressing the “burrowing” nature of the illness.

The reshuffle in the Ministry of Lands is a timely intervention that should be commended. The Ministry had become a hub of corruption with Minister Masuka, already overrated as a Minister, becoming the Bishop of Land deals. He is just good at talking unlike Ministers like Perence Shiri who was about action on the ground. Land was being cut up and parcelled out to people who paid all over the country even with other signatures missing. This was prolific in Mash West with State Minister Marian Chombo. Allocations were being done there even without the signatures of Chairman of the Province. Lately this pandemic of corruption was made manifest when Masuka decided to roll out another prototype on rehabilitation when there was an approved one already which we had been given. Money amounting to over US$2.3 million exchanged hands and we have the details on it and we release it all in due time. He literally ignored the signature and approval of the President. How can one country have two prototypes on rehabilitation? To compound matters, our company was doing rehabilitation and yet the company which was preferred ahead of us, was doing mining under the guise of rehabilitation! Despite EMA being the responsible authority he simply muscled them out of the way. I have always warned people that ED plays the long game and that even if you haven't as yet gotten your comeuppance it doesn't mean you have escaped. It will catch up with you. Masuka was just parceling land and there should be an audit to account for much that went on. He had gotten big-headed and appropriated the minimal successes in agriculture to his person which is very unfortunate. Rushwaya himself is also to blame as he protected some of these corrupt Ministers because he is also in the same deals. At least there are types like Tafadzwa Muguti who works hard, is an honest and upright young man who exposes the many corrupt deals. That is why they don't like him in the system because they want to push their own selfish deals. He is the kind that the President should elevate to higher offices. Congratulations also to Minister Haritatos who has remained loyal and works very hard. I was his Chairman in Mash West and can testify that you can't corrupt Vargo. Thank God that there won't be anymore corrupt land deals. We can't have a Minister accusing anaSabhuku of land deals yet he is the Bishop of Land deals.
