My @Marriott experience @ResidenceInn Chattanooga made our 19th wedding anniversary weekend unforgettable. One year away from @MarriottBonvoy lifetime platinum status and I have never had worse customer service addressing an issue.

@MarriottIntl , Disappointed. Presented 64k points, reserved and had points removed. System glitch given as excuse that rooms should've been 3x , gave 1 room night vs 3, charged credit card for 2 others with no communication from booking and check out. $870 wasted.
