Your customer support system both phone email app and Chatbot are so deaf to the customers needs that I’m left with no other option but to post on social media and hopes that someone on your marketing team might connect with your customer service / quality assurance department.

After 4 frustrating rounds with Pepper chatbot, it connected me to support… who instantly ended the chat. That was the nail in the coffin.

Today, our delivery order is filled by this location resulted in another delivery, fulfillment, nightmare. Of 6 items, only 3 arrived—2 of those incomplete! Your store is unreachable by phone, seemingly by design.
