All lanes blocked on I-64 east at the HRBT in @cityofhampton for emergency roadway cleanup due to cooking oil spill through the tunnel. Crews are on-site working to clear both EB lanes as quickly as possible to ensure they are safe to reopen to traffic. #hrtraffic

#BREAKING: According to @VaDOT, a truck leaked cooking oil through most of the #HRBT tunnel this morning heading eastbound. Crews are cleaning up the whole tunnel to make sure no cars slip off the road. We still have no ETA on a reopening. FOLLOW @WTKR3 for updates.
