Visibility and approachability. Two absolutely vital characteristics of any school leader in my opinion.

@PeteUK7 @CathNoakes effectiveness of air mixing is key to minimise amount room of air not going through the unit. Fundamentally floor mounted units will always struggle with furniture and other real world obstacles. Ceiling mounted unit would be best placed to achieve this.

@CathNoakes I prefer units w/ very high flow rate to promote better mixing & so over-specify ACH req'd to offset (to some extent) the imperfect mixing & gradual performance drop as filters age. But ofc if it was my choice, I'd be adding filtration to supplement FFP2s & good ventilation.

What we need for commercial portable air cleaners is what: CADR at each speed Noise at each speed Filter class Standard they're tested to meet & certification Other tech like electrostatic filters, plasma or ionizers Cost for replacement filters Power usage Anything else?

@JTavassolyMarsh I picked up most of my latin from the film gladiator. If you're interested @Polly_Mason studied it at the way to GCSE because she's that kinda girl.

Not got an opinion either way on Latin, but I would say in hindsight, studying it for three years at KS3 was a driving factor as to why I went on to take two languages at GCSE level.
