Hoy, los mismos compañeros que decidieron no firmar por MIEDO a represalias, sufren un ERE con difícil negociación, ya que no tienen un comité de trabajadores que los defienda. Moraleja: el sindicalismo es la única forma de defender tus derechos y trabajo.

Hace 4 años intenté montar un comité de empresa y convocar elecciones para tener representante de los trabajadores en una empresa. Al enterarse, RRHH me invitó a marcharme (con una importante indemnización) y tras ver la pasividad de mis compañeros decidí aceptarla e irme. 🧵
