Finally reached an agent after 1hr28m.. Issue resolved in under 5 minutes

I've been on hold with @CSTConsultants for over an hour. Original request was sent Apr 27, processed May 27 asking us for more info. No response to my email sent on May 27th. Hopefully our RESPs have earned some interest in the meantime.

@CSTConsultants @lmapp I've been on hold with them for 1.5 hours now. Service standards of 5 day turn-around for emails? seriously?

Hope some can learn from my mistakes. Never ever set up RESPs for your kids through @CSTConsultants Poor returns, poor options. My kids are hitting the post-secondary stage and I only am getting disappointment from all the hope I had in our cst plans.
