Telling me to go to manufacturers. Well I have it's an Amazon firestick. So I am now left with a firestick which all it gives is a black screen.

I have noticed there @AmazonUK customer service is getting worse. Got a firestick a couple of months ago and it has had minor faults since purchase. Now it has completely gone to a black screen. Tried multiple TVs and the same and they are refusing refund or credit.
