Final FY23 numbers are in for the Amtrak Hartford Line and indeed it was a record year! 439,000 passengers in '23 vs. 324,300 in '22 and 362,400 in the last pre-COVID year, '19! Vermonter went over 100k for the first time ever, surpassing the '19 number.
